Compliance Manager
Collins Aerospace Systems is searching for a Compliance Manager to join our Long Term Agreement (LTA) Inspection Center of Excellence (CoE) team. This position will report to the LTA CoE leader and be a key contributor to the Supply Chain Compliance team.
You will perform and lead audits / inspection reviews and special projects in the support of Global Strategic Sourcing and SBU Strategic Sourcing's LTA negotiations to determine the adequacy and effectiveness of the documentation and LTA readiness to support manufacturing operations, business proposals, internal control, risk management and governance processes of the purchasing system.
What You Will Do :
- Generally works on most complex areas. Works on significant or unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Implement inspection requirements for LTAs to ensure team members comply with processes and standard work, as well as Collins and RTX policies and procedures.
- Monitor changes in U.S. Government regulations and works to align site policies, procedures, work instructions and tools to ensure regulatory compliance at the sites.
- Lead process improvement activity to include development of tools and solutions to improve business results, this may include development and deployment of training for the purchasing system requirements, process, and tools.
- Assist lead with external and government audit project related efforts.

- Gain expertise in Supply Chain policies and procedures to support and assist / support in customer inquiries, reviews and audits of pricing information to include requests for purchasing data / reports internal, external, third party, and government.
- Responsible for providing input to lead to support decisions on the adequacy and effectiveness of purchasing system process, risk and internal inspection control disciplines that could adversely impact Corporate and Stakeholder value.
- Develops and maintains strong working relationships with Corporate, Business Unit, and Shared Service leadership to ensure understanding and acceptance of audit issues impacting business risks and controls. May interface regularly with middle and senior level management (director and above).
- Frequently reviews work of others. Acts independently with some guidance to determine methods and procedures on new or special assignments.
- Participate in appropriate professional organizations including but not limited to the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) to stay abreast to the U.S. Government regulations and processes. Attends / participates in appropriate level external conference or seminar to network.
- Must be willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time
Qualifications You Must Have :
Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience.U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program / contract.1+ years experience with procurement and / or Compliance experience with a working knowledge of FAR / DFARS and legal / contract terms and conditions.Qualifications We Prefer :
5+ years of experience in Aerospace Supply Chain or related experience.Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or Engineering is desirable, Master's Degree preferred.Demonstrated data analysis capability.Ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization.CORE Practitioner / Associate Certification, Lean or Six Sigma Green / Black Belt certifications.What We Offer :

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
