Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and dependable  HVAC Installer / Technician  to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning for residential and commercial clients. The role requires strong technical knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Install new HVAC systems including ductwork, wiring, piping, and control systems according to specifications and codes.

Perform maintenance and repair on existing HVAC systems (e.g., troubleshooting, replacing parts, cleaning units).

Conduct system checks, diagnostics, and performance testing.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.

Ensure systems are compliant with safety and environmental regulations.

Provide clear explanations of work performed and educate clients on system use and maintenance.

Maintain accurate records of work completed, materials used, and hours worked.

Keep work areas clean and organized and adhere to safety policies and procedures.

Participate in on-call rotation for emergency repairs (if applicable).

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications :

High school diploma or GED required; technical or trade school preferred.

EPA Certification (Type I, II, or Universal) required.

Minimum of [2+] years of experience in HVAC installation and / or repair.

Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, work in confined spaces, and withstand various weather conditions.

Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Knowledge of local HVAC codes and safety regulations.

Sheet metal fabrication is a plus!
