We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Director of Recruitment to lead all hiring efforts across our growing home care agency. This leadership role is critical to ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top-tier talent—particularly field staff such as HHAs, PCAs, nurses, and coordinators.
The ideal candidate is an experienced recruiter with a strong understanding of the home care industry, a passion for building high-performing teams, and a proactive approach to sourcing, onboarding, and retention.
This is a fully in-house position
Key Responsibilities for Director of Recruitment :
Lead the full recruitment cycle for all clinical and administrative roles, with a focus on field staff (HHAs, PCAs, RNs, LPNs, etc.)
Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals and support business growth
Manage and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance, training, and performance oversight
Partner with marketing to run campaigns targeting potential candidates through digital, print, community outreach, and referral programs
Establish relationships with training schools, job centers, and workforce development agencies to build consistent candidate pipelines
Monitor and analyze recruitment data to optimize processes and report to leadership
Oversee onboarding process and work closely with HR to ensure a seamless candidate experience
Ensure all recruitment efforts remain compliant with DOH and agency regulations
Qualifications for Director of Recruitment :
Minimum 3–5 years of recruitment experience in the home care or healthcare industry
Proven leadership experience managing a recruitment team
In-depth knowledge of industry roles and staffing challenges in home care (CDPAP, HHA, PCA, etc.)
Strong sourcing, networking, and communication skills
Results-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume hiring
Tech-savvy with experience using ATS systems and digital recruitment tools
