Physical Therapist Assistant

Job Summary and Responsibilities

Assist in implementing care plans and treatments designed by a licensed physical therapist.

Work directly with patients to improve strength, mobility, and independence.

Contribute to a collaborative care team focused on achieving measurable goals.

Ensure compliance with all documentation, billing, and regulatory requirements.

Supervise physical therapy techs in accordance with applicable guidelines.

Stay informed and educated on the latest best practices in physical therapy.

Participate in program quality improvement initiatives and student mentorship (as assigned).

Maintain all mandatory education and certifications related to safety, quality, and infection control.

Job Requirements

Required Licensure and Certifications : Nebraska PTA license; Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association

Pay Range

$24.88 - $37.00 / hour
