What we expect

At Odoo, we\'re looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to bring our brand to life through compelling visual content. In this role, you’ll translate conceptual ideas into high-quality graphics for both digital and print media, ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. You\'ll collaborate closely with our marketing and creative teams to maintain a cohesive visual presence across all platforms. This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead original design concepts for campaigns, marketing materials, and branded content.
• Create and manage design deliverables across web, print, out-of-home, and social media channels.
• Review design work to ensure quality, accuracy, and alignment with brand and strategy.
• Establish and maintain design standards, templates, and production processes.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities to deliver high-quality work on time and within scope.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners, communicating design rationale and strategic alignment.
• Provide in-house design support and contribute to creative problem-solving.
• Partner cross-functionally to support the creative direction of larger project plans.

What we offer.

The estimated annual compensation range for this role is $70,000-$90,000. Please note that actual salaries may vary within, above, or below this range based on factors such as education, training, experience, professional achievement, business needs, and location.
