A well-established, growth-oriented food manufacturer in Southern Wisconsin is seeking a Plant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for either : a proven leader with plant management experience or a rising star ready to step up into their first Plant Manager role with development and mentorship support.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead plant operations : production, maintenance, quality, sanitation, budget
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMPs, USDA / FDA, SQF / FSMA
• Drive capital projects, cost savings, and process improvements
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic planning
• Build and coach teams for performance and engagement
