Pay Range Is Based On Experience From $17.00 To $19.00 Per Hour

In this role, you will lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3 to 10+ Sales Associates while providing outstanding customer service and building strong ongoing relationships with customers. Together you will work with customers to negotiate mutually satisfying agreements regarding pawn and sales transactions.
