- Competitive Base Pay : $41.44 - $42.56, with Shift Differentials Up to $51.56 \n\nAs a Registered Nurse, you will be essential in ensuring the health, comfort, and overall well-being of our residents. Your role includes assessing patient conditions, creating and implementing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
- Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans\n
- Administer medications, treatments, and IV therapies as prescribed\n
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information\n
- Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions\n
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary team to ensure holistic care\n
- Guide Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering quality care\n\nWhat We Offer : \n
