Your role will include assisting physicians during examinations, preparing patients for procedures, and maintaining a warm and welcoming environment for our patients. Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs and recording medical history.
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures, ensuring all necessary instruments and supplies are ready.
• Perform basic laboratory tests and assist with the management of labs and other diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage office communications effectively.
• Educate patients on treatment plans, medications, and proper skincare practices.
• Ensure examination and treatment rooms are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
