Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Senior Estimator to join our team developing estimates for Air Proprietary 1 program in Berkeley or Hazelwood, Missouri.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development of budgetary and formal estimates (labor, material, travel, etc.) and cost / price proposals for new business activities, contract changes and follow-on work.

Position Responsibilities :

• Leads / oversees development of complex estimates and prices from complex technical requirements through the design, build and support stages of the program
• Leads / oversees development and application of pricing strategies using innovative computational techniques
• Leads / oversees business proposals, evaluates and makes recommendations based on complex requests for proposal and substantiates estimates and pricing
• Leads / oversees development of complex estimating and pricing methods
• Develops and maintains complex estimating and pricing models
• Leads / oversees the evaluation and development of complex business cases
• Leads / oversees and performs complex analyses and provides recommendations in support of pricing and estimating (risk, financial, competitive, etc.)
• Determines database requirements and identifies new data sources
• Leads / oversees the development / application / maintenance of unique and non-unique rates and factors for estimating
• Conducts training and technical mentoring for team members
• Supports compliance activities

Summary pay range (Senior, Level 4) : $106,250 - $143,750 Summary pay range (Senior, Level 5) : $134,300 - $181,700 Applications for this position will be accepted until Oct. 10, 2025.

This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15 is required. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility. This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).
