About the Role

As a Progressive Care RN , you will play a vital role in caring for acutely ill patients with complex healthcare needs. Here’s what you can expect :

  • Unit Overview : Work in a 24-bed unit where RNs take pride in their work, in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Diverse Patient Care : Treat a variety of patients, including those with trauma, stroke, cardiac issues, and more.

    • Your Responsibilities

  • Assess patient conditions during admission and throughout each shift, promptly reporting any changes.
  • Perform procedures as ordered by medical providers and document care in patient records accurately.
  • Administer prescribed medications and monitor patient responses.
  • Stay informed about medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical-surgical care.

    • What You’ll Need

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment.
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Registered Nurse Diploma.
