- Oversee event setup and breakdown, ensuring all aspects run smoothly and efficiently.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event planning, marketing, or a related field.Proven experience as an event coordinator or similar role, with a portfolio of successful events.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and vendors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.Benefits
