Job Description

We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Administrative Support Specialist search in the Stow, OH area.

Responsibilities

  • Process customer quote requests, purchase orders, and prepare invoices.
  • Provide inventory updates and lead times for customer delivery.
  • Travel planning for field service engineers.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements :

  • Detail-oriented, able to work effectively in a team environment, and skilled at multitasking.
  • Good Computer skills
  • Team Player
