What You'll Do

• Own the custom ERP system and related applications end-to-end
• Design, develop, and enhance internal tools and web-based platforms
• Maintain legacy apps while driving upgrades and improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across production, sales, engineering, and finance
• Partner with stakeholders to identify gaps, gather requirements, and propose solutions
• Document workflows and provide end-user support and training
• Lead small IT projects and coordinate vendor resources
• Monitor system health, performance, and data integrity
