Engineering Scrum Master for Custom Automated Equipment (In-Person)

What You'll Do

• Facilitate Agile Practices – Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives for hardware and software project teams. Drive teams toward timely completion of key project milestones
• Support Project Owners – Work closely with 3–4 project owners to define scope, prioritize features, and track progress across multiple active projects
• Team Enablement – Coach cross-functional teams of controls engineers, software developers, and mechanical / electrical engineers in agile best practices
• Project Delivery – Ensure projects remain on schedule, risks are identified early, and deliverables meet customer requirements
• Communication Hub – Act as a bridge between engineering teams, management, and customers — ensuring clear expectations and alignment
• Continuous Improvement – Promote collaboration, innovation, and process improvements within a fast-paced, small business environment

What We're Looking For

Strong knowledge of Agile / Scrum practices and tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent)
