Acts Retirement-Life Communities is seeking qualified candidates for the Construction Site Supervisor position. In this role, you will assist in oversight of all construction projects performed. You will oversee the construction team on-site to build and renovate projects throughout the community, supervise all team members, and maintain a safe work environment. You will order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, control schedules, permit projects, and coordinate inspections. You may perform mechanical tasks such as drywall, framing, HVAC, and carpentry as needed. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in oversight of all construction projects performed on-site.
• Oversee the construction team and ensure safety and quality on site.
• Order materials, schedule deliveries, obtain quotes, and manage project schedules.
• Coordinate permitting, inspections, and project coordination activities.
• Perform mechanical tasks (drywall, framing, HVAC, carpentry) as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with applicable codes and safety standards.

Pay Range

$29.61 - $37.05 per hour. Starting rate will vary based on skills and experience.
