• Setting : Outpatient Clinic – Primary Care, GI & Pulmonary, Nephrology\n
• Assignment Duration : 13 weeks (10 / 25 / 2025 – 1 / 24 / 2026)\n
• Shift : 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday (5x8s)\n
• Hours : Guaranteed 40 hours per week\n
• Charting System : Epic EMR\n
• Employment Type : Travel LPN assignment\n\nLPN Qualifications & Requirements\n
• Active LPN / LVN license (Licensed Practical Nurse) in Indiana or compact state\n
• BLS certification (Basic Life Support) required\n
• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience in a clinic or outpatient healthcare setting\n
• Ability to float to other outpatient clinics as needed\n
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n\nLPN Responsibilities in Outpatient Clinic\n
• Deliver direct patient care in Primary Care, GI & Pulmonary, and Nephrology outpatient clinics\n
• Perform patient assessments, obtain vital signs, and document care in Epic EMR\n
• Assist physicians and nurse practitioners with clinical procedures and patient education\n
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized clinic environment\n
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure high-quality patient care\n
