Advantra is partnering with a high-growth fintech and crypto startup in Remote or Bay Area to hire a Head of Customer Acquisition to scale the user base for an AI-powered trading wallet.
About the role :
You will lead the end-to-end acquisition engine for iOS, Android, and web users. You will define audience segments, optimize onboarding flows, run campaigns, and manage performance metrics. You will work closely with product, engineering, and design teams to drive activation, funded trades, and long-term engagement. You will identify new growth channels and experiment with creative strategies to maximize trader acquisition.
Responsibilities :
- Lead global user acquisition strategy across mobile and web platforms.
- Define and optimize acquisition offers, referral programs, and trading incentives.
- Develop audience segmentation frameworks using data, research, and insights.
- Identify new growth channels and whitespace opportunities.
- Build creative and media briefs to execute impactful campaigns.
- Partner with product, engineering, and design to optimize onboarding and conversion flows.
- Monitor CAC, payback, active user growth, and channel performance.
- Establish benchmarks and feedback loops to improve acquisition performance.
- Collaborate with finance and leadership on growth targets and resource allocation.
Core requirements :
6+ years of experience in customer acquisition for mobile apps.Proven track record managing campaigns from strategy to execution.Experience in performance marketing and brand strategy for high-growth products.Hands-on with Agile teams and cross-functional collaboration.Data-driven with strong analytical and project management skills.Experience optimizing acquisition funnels and onboarding flows.Familiarity with iOS, Android, and web app growth metrics.Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable growth outcomes.Experience working in fintech, crypto, or trading environments.Strong communication and collaboration skills in fast-paced teams.Nice to have :
Crypto-native with personal trading and wallet experience.Experience with tokenomics or Web3 community engagement.Knowledge of multi-chain or cross-chain growth strategies.Familiarity with AI-powered product growth features.Prior experience at early-stage startups or founding teams.How to apply :
