Travel Pharmacist in Woodruff, WI

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Unizon Health Choice LLC to find a qualified Pharmacist in Woodruff, Wisconsin, 54568!

About The Position

Responsibilities :

Independently manage multiple responsibilities in the central inpatient pharmacy

Verify physician orders within the EPIC system

Review and check medication preparation completed by pharmacy technicians

Respond to pharmacist phone calls and address provider / pharmacy-related inquiries

Compound and prepare inpatient unit dose medications and IV preparations

Dispense and manage inpatient and outpatient IVs

Provide pharmacy support to multiple hospital departments overnight, including :

Inpatient & Outpatient Surgery

Med / Surg

OB / GYN

ICU

Outpatient Oncology

Emergency Department

Job Requirements

Required Qualifications :

Active Wisconsin Pharmacist License – Required

Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD) – Preferred, not required

Minimum Experience : 1 year of inpatient hospital experience preferred

Charting System : EPIC experience required
