In this role, you will be based in their Homestead office where you will have the opportunity to progress your career quickly and be a key part of a business full of experienced and knowledgeable staff.

Your responsibilities will include scheduling, budgeting, change orders, RFIs, submittals, liaising with subcontractors and managing the closeout process.

The Role :

• Overseeing projects from start to finish
• Coordinating Superintendents with subcontractors and self-performing teams
• Maintaining relationship between General Contractor and Project Owner
