Overview

The REMOTE Social Content Creator designs and produces original, high-quality content for Mattress Firm's paid and organic social media channels. This role leverages platform-specific creative formats to develop graphics, motion assets, and video content that support marketing strategies and drive engagement and sales. The position collaborates with strategists, art directors, and copywriters to ensure all assets are brand-aligned, optimized for platform requirements, and tailored to encourage audience interaction. All applications must include a professional portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Content Creation : Conceptualize, create and produce high-quality visual and video content for use across social media platforms; translate briefs into social-first executions; maintain visual consistency and brand standards; collaborate with copywriters and other creatives to bring integrated ideas to life; adapt campaign creative into platform-specific variations; manage multiple projects with deadlines and quality standards.
• Innovation & Best Practices : Stay ahead of social trends and platform requirements; propose new creative approaches; ensure assets are optimized for specific platform formats and specifications.
• Compliance & Professional Standards : Complete required training, adhere to safety policies, communicate professionally with internal / external contacts, and follow company policies and brand representation standards.
