forecast, profit margin, NIM, cost of capital and others based on the businesses needs Government Contracting Compliance Ensure full compliance with FAR, DFARS, CAS, and DCAA standards.

Oversee indirect rate structures, pricing models, and cost accounting systems tailored for government contracts.

Support proposal development and pricing strategies for RFPs, IDIQs, and task orders.

Manage audit preparation and responses for federal and state agencies.Works with key leaders at the business, tax experts and other critical stakeholders Consistently looks forward in examining the businesses cash position, capital needs and evaluates options for any needed funding Implements process and financial solutions that meet the needs of the business Evaluates vendor contracts and proposed modifications as needed Provides input to pricing and customer agreements Prepares financials for long term vision and potential exits Sources insights from broader economic data and peer analysis Evaluate and optimize ERP, timekeeping, and project accounting systems (e.g., Unanet, Deltek, QuickBooks Enterprise).
