A company is looking for a Sr. Employer Account Executive to manage relationships with large employer accounts and optimize pharmacy spending.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with account and pharmacy teams, influencing strategic plans
Drive client engagement and satisfaction through strategic master account plans and contract compliance
Lead client meetings and manage the end-to-end RFP process for renewing groups
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, healthcare administration, or related field, or equivalent experience
7 years of client service experience, including 5 years in sales or account management in healthcare or pharmacy benefit management
Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy trends and health plan benefits
Proven ability to develop and communicate selling strategies and proposals
Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship
