What Youll Do

Quality Control : Ensure pools are maintained to

Training : Train new maintenance techs and provide ongoing education to improve team performance.

Sales : Drive sales by identifying pool issues and offering solutions to maintenance customers.

Scheduling : Work with PoolBrain and maintenance techs to optimize scheduling and route efficiency, while adding new maintenance accounts.

Customer Satisfaction : Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring 100% satisfaction.

Growth : Help grow the ASP maintenance department by acquiring new accounts and maintaining excellence with current ones.

Hands-On Support : Assist in cleaning and maintaining commercial pools when needed, ensuring all work meets ASPs high standards.

What Were Looking For

1. CPO Certification : Required. NPC certification is a plus but not necessary.

2. Leadership Skills : Experience supervising or leading a team.

3. Customer Focus : A commitment to delivering exceptional service and resolving issues efficiently.

4. Sales Ability : Strong skills in identifying opportunities and driving sales.

5. Technical Knowledge : Expertise in pool maintenance, chemicals, and equipment.

6. Organizational Skills : Ability to manage schedules, routes, and team performance.
