Responsibilities
- Testing and consulting services for the built environment, property condition assessments, specialized testing, building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures, among other facilities-related services
- Exhibiting responsibility, organization, reliability, time management, and self-motivation
- Performing field and laboratory testing
- Scheduling and oversight of facilities technicians
- Interacting with senior staff members on a variety of projects, as needed
- Promoting a safe workplace and proper use of PPE
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required; Associate or technology degree in Civil Engineering or architectural engineering preferred4-6 years of related building enclosure or facilities related field inspection experienceFacilities certifications are required for all types of testing performed. All applicable certifications are required in accordance with the Technician Certification and Pay Policy.
