Texas Licensed Clinical Care Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, LTSS Clinical Care Management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the care management team of licensed clinicians serving long-term care members

Oversee compliance with federal and state regulations and develop care management policies

Manage escalated care cases and provide guidance to team members on member concerns

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate from an Accredited School of Nursing or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of related experience, or a Master's degree for positions overseeing behavioral health team members

2+ years of supervisory experience preferred

Strong knowledge of healthcare managed care principles and experience in developing long-term service plans

Current state's Registered Nurse (RN) license or relevant behavioral health certification required upon hire

Resource Utilization Group (RUG) certification must be obtained within 90 days of hire for positions overseeing RN team members
