Commercial Project Manager
We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, high-rise, healthcare, light industrial, and higher education . This is a key leadership position responsible for driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met
- Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
- Lead project meetings and provide proactive solutions to challenges
- Mentor and support junior staff
