Hub Leader / Property Manager

We are currently seeking a Hub Leader / Property Manager to join our team. A successful candidate will possess sales skills, excellent communication and documentation abilities, and be able to maintain a positive working relationship with colleagues.

Responsibilities :

Renting storage units.
Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
Facility cleaning and upkeep.
Property Walk Throughs and clean up.
Collection calls for the locations.
Any other assigned tasks.

Qualifications :

No previous experience is required.

Ability to build rapport with tenants.

Ability to multitask and prioritize.

Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.

Driver's license and reliable transportation.
