Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Special Education Teacher position is available for the 2025-2026 school year in a K-12 academic setting located in Vance, AL. This contract opportunity spans the entire school year and offers the chance to make a meaningful impact on students with diverse learning needs.
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique requirements.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, specialists, and families to support classroom integration and student success.
- Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate regularly with parents and school staff.
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and tools to engage students at different grade levels from kindergarten through 12th grade.
Qualifications :
