This role is about data, structure, and results. You'll run campaigns, optimize performance, and ensure our launches and events hit with maximum impact.

What You'll Do

• Oversee marketing strategy and campaign execution across channels.
• Manage website updates, product listings, and e-commerce functionality.
• Run email marketing campaigns, automations, and list growth initiatives.
• Optimize SEO, track analytics, and use data to guide decision-making.
• Coordinate paid ads, testing, and large-scale campaign performance.
• Collaborate with creative / content team to align on launches and brand goals.
• Manage packaging, vendors, and logistics for D2C distribution.
• Conduct customer surveys, research, and split tests to inform new product ideas.
• Keep projects moving fast with clear communication and organization.
