• Flexible Work Schedule : Choose a schedule that fits your lifestyle! Opt for 100% inpatient or outpatient work, or a mix of both. For outpatient, enjoy a traditional Monday to Friday schedule. For inpatient, explore a 7on / 7off schedule with 10-hour shifts, ensuring ample time for personal pursuits.
• Collaborative Team Environment : Work alongside talented Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PHMNPs), Therapists, and Nurses in a collaborative, patient-centered setting. • Attractive Compensation Package : We offer a competitive salary, a $250,000 sign-on bonus, and up to $50,000 in relocation assistance. You ll enjoy full benefits starting 30 days after employment.
