Job Description : Rivers Casino Pittsburgh is seeking a dedicated and friendly Assistant Server / Busser to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include bussing tables, stocking and maintaining side stations, and serving beverages with a smile. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and ensuring that prescribed stock levels are maintained.

Responsibilities :

  • Bus tables and maintain side stations efficiently
  • Serve beverages and ensure a fresh supply of coffee and water
  • Assist guests with courtesy and professionalism
  • Follow management's directives at all times
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the restaurant and maintain prescribed stock levels
  • Empty trash and stock bus carts as necessary
  • Return dirty tableware to the kitchen
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned

Qualifications :

  • Commitment to regular and punctual attendance
  • Proficiency in English communication, both written and verbal
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Successful completion of the pre-employment process
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays

    • Physical Requirements :

  • Capability to lift up to 40lbs and maneuver carts up to 75lbs through crowded areas
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
