Front Desk Service Agent – Be the Face of Our Team!.What You’ll Do :

  • Greet guests with warmth and professionalism — first impressions matter!
  • Answer phones, emails, and inquiries with a smile.
  • Check-in / check-out guests / manage reservations.
  • Provide quick, accurate information about our services, policies, and amenities.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
  • Handle payments and maintain organized records.
  • Keep the lobby / front area tidy, welcoming, and stress-free.
