Key Responsibilities

Provide personalized financial advice, including equity compensation planning and retirement planning, to startup employees and executives

Develop and maintain trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients, guiding them through financial decisions

Shape scalable systems for delivering customized financial advice and ensure client satisfaction as the firm grows

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in financial advisory, wealth management, or related roles

Expertise in equity compensation and understanding of the challenges faced by startup employees

Proven track record in client relationship management with high-net-worth individuals

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; CFP designation or advanced degree is a plus

Comfortable with the dynamic nature of startup culture and leveraging technology for client experiences
