Key Responsibilities
Communicate with suppliers via multiple channels to gather compliance information and assist with requests
Work directly with top-tier suppliers to support their compliance responses
Engage unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls and educational initiatives
Required Qualifications
Related work experience in administration, reporting, research, or customer support
Proficiency in German and English
Strong time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
Computer proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Applications
