Behavioral Health Senior Project Manager
The Behavioral Health Senior Project Manager will provide oversight for initiatives requiring project management impacting the Behavioral Health Product and Customer Success team for a suite of behavioral-health related offerings. You will play a crucial role in developing relationships and ensuring excellent service delivery to all customers. The type of projects worked on will be complex and have impacts to revenue. As a Senior Project Manager, you will participate as a member of the leadership team and act as a mentor to colleagues in the department as well as manage an administrative team that supports the Customer Success Account Managers.
Primary Responsibilities
- Provide expert knowledge in project management while also leading a team of administrative staff
- Delegate tasks to the team and offer coaching and guidance to maintain efficiency and quality standards
- Prioritize, and complete projects as identified by Behavioral Health leadership team with a particular focus on customer impact and revenue
- Support and provide input around initiatives to drive efficiency and effectiveness within the Behavioral Health department or ComPsych as a whole
- Create, maintain, and manage all content within Behavioral Health systems serving as the central repository for customer success policies, procedures, and educational resources
- Lead and coordinate all health fair season initiatives, including logistics, materials, giveaways, and representation requests
- Oversee and maintain ownership of the company's online platform tool
- Maintain the Customer Success department calendar, curriculum, and meeting operations (agendas, invites, recordings, etc.)
- Manage activation of customer access delivery modalities (chat, online scheduling, waitlist scheduler, and other systems)
- Serve as owner, complier, and auditor for critical tracking tools, including retention lists, upsell tracking, termination tracking, and account health records
- Act as liaison to resolve system-related issues (e.g. inaccurate plan design, missing employee counts, mismatched records between systems)
- Build and maintain cross-departmental relationships in order to effectively drive key projects with minimal leadership support needed
- Establish strong credibility and trust with ComPsych's business leaders
- Develop a strong understanding of the Behavioral Health product offering and act as a subject matter expert
- Set appropriate expectations for project delivery and drive to 100% of deliverable dates met
- Develop and communicate clear, concise, up-to-date project plans and make available to all stakeholders
- Act as a mentor to other project managers and support resources
- Perform other duties as assigned
