Job Summary :
Under the supervision of the Disability Services Director, the Clubhouse Program Manager is responsible for the daily operations, staff supervision, and delivery of high-quality psychosocial rehabilitation services at the Daybreak Clubhouse. This position ensures compliance with Department of Mental Health standards and promotes a positive, inclusive, and empowering environment for members and staff alike.
KEY RESPONSIBILITES :
Staff Supervision & Development
- Directly supervises Clubhouse Generalist Staff : sets performance expectations, conducts evaluations, and provides coaching and support.
- Manages the hiring, onboarding, training, and offboarding of employees in coordination with Human Resources.
- Ensures staff orientation, ongoing professional development, and adherence to contract and program standards.
- Fosters a collaborative, respectful, and mission-driven workplace culture.
Program Operations & Member Services
Oversee daily operations of the work-ordered day in collaboration with members and staff.Provides psychosocial rehabilitation services including employment, housing, education, life skills, wellness, and community linkages.Collaborate with members and staff to create and implement individualized action plans.Ensures programming meets all Department of Mental Health Clubhouse standards.Promotes social inclusion and member participation across all activities.Administration & Compliance
Manage scheduling, payroll, data tracking, and administrative reporting.Develops and monitors key performance indicators (KPls) for program success.Assists the Director with budget monitoring and program utilization reviews.Maintains required licenses, accreditation, and compliance documentation.Community Engagement & Representation
Builds and maintains relationships with members, families, community partners, referral sources, and oversight agencies.Represents the Clubhouse in off-island meetings and liaises with the Clubhouse Advisory Board.Coordinates quarterly Open Houses to engage the broader community and showcase program offerings.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITES REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in a related field (e.g., Social Work, Psychology, Human Services) strongly preferred.Prior supervisory experience required, including staff management and performance evaluation.Demonstrated experience in the human services field with a preference for mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation settings.Strong knowledge of recovery-oriented psychosocial rehabilitation principles, including :
