As our HSE Manager , you will play a critical role in upholding and advancing our environmental, health, and safety standards across all operations.

What You'll Do

As a HSE Manager your responsibilities will include :

• Lead the implementation and oversight of all HSE programs and policies.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, TCEQ).
• Conduct audits, safety inspections, and training to promote a safe work environment.
• Manage incident investigations and drive root cause analysis with corrective actions.
• Support workers' compensation case management and return-to-work processes.
• Report on HSE performance metrics and support leadership in achieving performance goals.

What We're Looking For

Work Environment

You'll work in both manufacturing and office environments, using tools and equipment daily. PPE and steel-toed footwear are required.

Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday.

Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
