Job Title : Dremio Admin

Location : Frisco, TX or Auburn Hills, MI (Hybrid_ 2 days Onsite & 3 days remote per week)

Duration : Ongoing, long-term contract

Job Details : We are seeking a Dremio Platform Administrator to manage, maintain, and optimize our enterprise Dremio environment. This role involves hands-on administration of Dremio in production, including upgrades, performance tuning, and day-to-day operations. The position also requires managing clusters on Amazon EKS and maintaining backend infrastructure to support analytics across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will be proactive in troubleshooting issues, performing upgrades, and addressing vulnerabilities to ensure platform reliability. This person will also handle user onboarding, manage system performance, and support backend updates to keep data consistent and accessible across more than 100 data sources feeding into the organization's data lake. Must have experience performing Dremio upgrade, and a backup restore. Also, must be able to debug or optimize SQL query.
