Customer Service Representative

Our client, a dynamic service provider in the plumbing and customer support industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Location : Lake Saint Louis, MO

Pay Range : $17.00 / hr

Shift : MON-FRI, 12 : 00 PM 4 : 00 PM, 20 hours per week

What's the Job?

  • Assist the dispatcher with customer service-related functions as directed
  • Answer incoming phone calls to schedule appointments or resolve customer issues
  • Coordinate and manage the daily schedules of service technicians in cooperation with the dispatcher and service manager
  • Complete billing for service technicians and assist with payment collection
  • Manage permit applications, inspection requests, and utility location requests for plumbing work

What's Needed?

  • Customer service experience and past sales experience (preferred but not required)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong work ethic and self-motivation
  • Moderate PC skills and familiarity with basic Office products, with the ability to learn new software programs
