Product Manager – Cross Platform Based App & Thermal Innovation
Location : Onsite | Homewood, IL
Salary Range : $85,000–$90,000 + Benefits
For nearly 30 years, we've been the temperature protection experts—designing, engineering, and manufacturing cost-saving solutions for transporting sensitive commodities. We're expanding our digital footprint, and you'll be at the center of it.
Responsibilities
- Own the QuiltTracker App : Shape the product roadmap, prioritize features, and guide cross-functional execution.
- Lead Cross-Platform Development Strategy : Collaborate with IT and PMO to define requirements, improve UX, and ensure seamless performance.
- Support Customer Integration : Help clients onboard and adopt the app, conduct site visits, and ensure value delivery.
- Champion Sustainability : Align product strategy with our "Partners for Sustainability" initiative and EU circularity goals.
- Drive Market Research : Analyze trends, assess competitors, and identify opportunities for new or improved thermal packaging solutions.
- Launch New Products : Build business cases, define requirements, and partner with R&D and Sales to bring ideas to life.
- Coordinate Go-to-Market : Develop launch strategies and align messaging with Marketing and Sales.
- Gather Feedback : Lead customer surveys and product assessments to fuel continuous improvement.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree + 3+ years in Product Management, Product Ownership, or Business Analysis.Experience managing cross-platform applications and working with software development teams.Strategic mindset with a knack for spotting opportunities and translating insights into action.Strong communicator and collaborator across technical and commercial teams.Analytical skills with intermediate Excel; Power BI is a plus.Benefits
