A company is looking for a People & Culture Manager to support managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle while shaping the organization’s culture.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in creating a positive and inclusive culture and plan employee events
Support onboarding, offboarding, and maintain accurate employee records
Provide guidance on HR policies and ensure compliance with employment laws
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3-5+ years of Human Resources experience, preferably in a small to mid-sized company
Experience with organizational change and employee integrations
Knowledge of ACA and EEOC compliance processes and employment law
Proficiency with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
