job_description.job_card.job_descriptionLead and assign daily tasks for a team of up to five warehouse employees Research and report inventory discrepancies to the Cycle Count Coordinator Contribute to the creation and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Distribute manufacturing orders and oversee order picking Assist the manufacturing department with parts requests Monitor inventory transactions and material replenishment Support team members with all warehouse functions as needed Provide input for employee reviews and performance goals Transact all work order part issuances Perform other duties as directed by the Warehouse Supervisor or company leadership Manage inventory valued at approximately $13 million Oversee approximately 12,000 parts in inventory Support daily picking levels of ~6,000 parts Conduct daily cycle counts of 60–90 items Manage daily inventory transfers of 55–75 items Oversee re-stocking of 5–10 items per day

Warehouse Lead
Position Profile
The Warehouse Lead is responsible for assigning and monitoring the work of warehouse personnel to ensure efficient daily operations. This role includes issuing work orders, overseeing inventory accuracy, reporting discrepancies, and assisting production with parts requests. The Warehouse Lead may also train new employees on warehouse functions and support employee development.
Knowledge & Experience
- 3–5 years of experience in a warehouse leadership role or similar environment
- Strong knowledge of warehousing processes and cycle counting
- Familiarity with inventory systems and parts management
- Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a team
- Ability to set priorities and accomplish departmental goals
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
