Duties & Responsibilities
Assembling parts and components using hand and power tools.Cut and connect cables and / or wires to panels.Label wires and components as well as install tags and associated labels on the panel boxes.Install company name plates and any identification labels and / or tags.Measure parts to determine tolerances, using measuring instrumentsAid with inspecting, testing, point to point, adjusting and correcting issues found in testing to ensure units meet specifications, tolerances and customer requirements.Study and learn to read schematics in order to diagnose issues with drawings and functionality of the panels.Desired Skills & Experience
2+ years of assembly or manufacturing experienceKnowledge of electrical theory and / or electrical assembly is a plus, but we can teach thisThe ability to read schematics is a plus, but we can teach thisHigh School Diploma / GEDSeeking long-term positionAttentive to detailsProduces high quality workmanshipEfficient, loyal, courteous, respectful, positive attitudeGreat communication skillsPhysical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, use hands and fingers, reach with hands and arms, sit and stand. The employee must frequently lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.
