Midwest Heating & Cooling is a quickly growing company in SE Wisconsin that services, maintains, and installs HVAC equipment for both commercial and residential clients. Our company was founded by two partners that have been in the HVAC industry for over 15 years. Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Business Management (preferred), OR 5+ years of relevant experience.

Strong financial management, budgeting, and organizational skills.

Proven ability to lead teams, resolve conflicts, and mentor staff.

Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for improvement.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Zoom.

Ability to quickly learn programs like ServiceTitan and other industry-specific software.

Must maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.

Job Responsibilities :

Lead and oversee daily operations company-wide, ensuring efficiency and strategic execution.

Direct and mentor all department managers; assign tasks, resolve issues, and inspire high performance.

Develop and enforce processes, procedures, and best business practices.

Set and track departmental and company-wide sales / revenue goals.

Identify and monitor KPIs for each department to measure success.

Manage profit and loss results, forecast obstacles, and proactively create solutions.

Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching for the Leadership Team.

Foster a positive, high-morale company culture with strong team incentives.

Ensure outstanding client service through all operational levels.

Maintain strong, strategic relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners.

Negotiate to maximize profitability while ensuring high-quality service and supplies.

Perform additional duties aligned with company values and leadership vision.
