Your Mission
Activision Publishing is looking for an Associate Producer to join the Call of Duty franchise. We are seeking someone with a passion and proven track record for producing and launching great games. As an Associate Producer, you will provide support to the production and development teams across various areas, participating throughout the development process from pre-production to submission. Your duties include overseeing PR and Marketing initiatives, QA, localizations, ratings, legal clearances, build schedules, play testing, live events, game feedback, and other related production activities. The Associate Producer oversees critical production aspects, including management of significant game features or business initiatives, and provides primary support to Producers and Senior Producers.
Responsibilities
- Oversee various aspects of Call of Duty production including marketing, localizations, ratings, legal clearance, events, trailers, and other production-related areas.
- Regularly conduct risk assessments for the production team leadership, addressing potential hazards and bottlenecks that may impact the game schedule and quality. Associate Producers should be equipped to troubleshoot these issues and propose solutions or suggest subsequent actions.
- Collaborate closely with Development Studios, QA, Localization, Submission teams, and other supporting groups to ensure the timely submission of game code to first parties. Maintain open communication channels across all teams to facilitate seamless collaboration.
- Work closely with QA and Technical Requirements Groups to oversee the QA process. This involves coordinating and communicating with the Production team, QA, Technical Requirement Groups, and Developers to keep everyone informed about the status of the bug database.
- Develop strong relationships with the Development teams to provide exceptional support to the Studio and its games.
- Manage build schedules, build troubleshooting, and build distribution as needed to internal and external stakeholders.
- Lead as a secondary point of contact for cross-functional groups such as Brand Management, Product Marketing, Public Relations, and others.
- Provide creative feedback to Production team leadership to assist in ensuring that the product meets quality and feature objectives.
- Record meeting notes and translate them into a coherent, organized recap that includes a list of action items.
Qualifications

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $29.81 - $55.14 hourly. This reflects the base pay range of new hires across all U.S. locations. Your specific range and offer will be based on factors including relevant experience, performance, and location. You may also be eligible for incentive compensation, which is not guaranteed. Base pay is negotiable.
