JOB SUMMARY

The Sales and Marketing Administrator is responsible for offering administrative support to the sales and marketing teams, handling daily tasks such as data entry, lead generation, campaign coordination, customer communication, and maintaining CRM systems. This role plays a key part in driving sales and marketing success by ensuring efficient operations and accurate data management. This role is part of the Sales Department and reports directly to the Executive VP of Sales and Marketing.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales

• Enter customer orders, verify details, and check availability to ensure
• timely delivery and project kick off
• Maintain and update customer and account information, ensuring
• accurate and current records for all contacts.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, addressing
• concerns
• Generate and track sales reports, focusing on key metrics such as
• weekly meeting, pipeline contribution, lead conversion and campaign reporting
• Assist sales representatives by scheduling appointments, preparing presentations, and gathering necessary
• customer data.
• Prepare proposals and PowerPoint presentations for potential clients, ensuring clear and compelling content.
• Input sales data into CRM systems, ensuring records are accurate and up-to-date.
