Partner Success Management is responsible for ensuring enterprise partners can onboard efficiently, integrate seamlessly, and ultimately deploy and scale eero successfully to their customers. Along the way, we review partner requests, ensure eero teams are aligned on requirements, and lead cross-functional efforts to meet external commitments. We help our partners develop their eero deployment strategy, manage their purchase and promotion agreements, and drive business performance. Our Principal Partner Success Managers are responsible for our most strategic and complex partnerships. Key job responsibilities include :
