REGISTERED NURSE- Weston, WV

WISE MEDICAL STAFFING IS NOW HIRING 2-REGISTERED NURSE’S (RN) FOR CONTRACTS IN WV

CONTRACT DETAILS : 4 / 6 month contract

12 hour shifts

Rate : gross up to $1920 weekly

We cannot guarantee specific unit assignments, shifts, schedules, or requested days off at this time. We also prefer that RNs have at least one year of acute psychiatric nursing experience.

JOB REQUIREMENTS :

• Application / Resume
• License Verification
• Background check (WV Cares-Two Determination Letters and the Final Registry Results)
• 10 panel Drug Screening
• WV Acknowledgement Form
• OIG Exclusions Database Search
• APS / CPS Form
• Recent Vaccinations-within a 5 year time frame (Flu, 2 PPDs, MMR, Varicella, HEP B series or titer, Tdap-must have proof of all)
• Covid Vaccine (if received)
• CPR (American Heart Association-BLS Only-Online Courses Not Accepted)
• Physical / Physician Statement
