The Opportunity
We are seeking a visionary, systems-minded leader to architect and activate our workforce technology strategy. This newly created role is central to our future-of-work agenda, sitting at the nexus of strategic workforce planning, AI-enabled HR technology, and organizational design. It's a rare opportunity to shape how we scale, sustain, and evolve the digital infrastructure that powers our people strategy. This leader will be responsible for identifying, aligning, and orchestrating the right mix of technologiesincluding our talent marketplace (8fold), automation platforms, and emerging AI capabilitiesto meet the dynamic needs of our workforce. Success in this role requires deep collaboration across HR Operations, Technology, Procurement, and vendor partners to ensure seamless integration, accelerated adoption, and continuous innovation. This role is remote eligible in the continental U.S. with occasional business travel. However, individuals residing within a 60-mile radius of a USAA office will be expected to work on-site four days per week. Relocation assistance is available for this position.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is : $127,310.00 - $243,340.00. USAA does not provide visa sponsorship for this role. USAA has an effective process for assessing market data and establishing ranges to ensure we remain competitive. You are paid within the salary range based on your experience and market data of the position. The actual salary for this role may vary by location. Employees may be eligible for pay incentives based on overall corporate and individual performance and at the discretion of the USAA Board of Directors.
